13.05.2020 - Star Romanian Open 2020 - Heroes
For all Players missing live events at the moment!!
Participation is open for all persons who pay the required entrance fee of euro 15 and allready paid the annual membership fee (details given below)

The tournament will start on 31.05.2020 .
The tournament will be played in triple-Ko - mode: Each participant plays until he has either lost 3 times and is therefore eliminated or he is the only participant with fewer defeats and wins the tournament. All pairings are played to 11 points . The pairings of rounds 1 and 2 and 3 are randomly drawn and played at the same time . Then the draw for the pairings will be made round by round according to the Swiss system tournament software by Hans-Jürgen Werner. A tie-breaker rating does not take place . The calculated performance rate has no influence on the outcome of the tournament . In addition, the WBIF tournament rules apply.
For the rating of the tournament count the matches won . Both the match points of the individual matches and the performance ratings have no effect on the tournament.
All games are played to 11 points . The matches of the tournament will be played only at server heroes.backgammonstudio.com Registration with this link: "register new User" and Inviter "WBIF".
The result of the game has NOT to be reported!! BG Studio Heroe reports automatic!
To participate in the tournament a starting fee of 15,00 € will be charged. Payment is possible by bank transfer or Paypal. Please be aware that You can only particpate if You also paid the yearly membership fee: either 10 euro to WBIF - paypal: wbif@gmx.net or with discount to Your national federation! As soon as you have enough deposit in Your wbif account you can register for tourney!
The three top-ranked participants of the tournament are rewarded with individual certificates ( delivered eventually by post ) as well as the distribution of the remaining entry fee (50%(of wich 125 euro entry fee to Escalade Backgammon Open+money) / 30% / 20% ). 10% of the entry fee is registration fee.
The english WBIF-rules are apllied.
