12.01.2024 "BULGARIAN RANKING" - 2024
Third edition of "Bulgarian Ranking" tournament. It will be played in "Round Robin" mode and in "Win + Skill" format, using the standart WBIF point-distribution system.
All Bulgarian players are invited to participate.
The tournament starts on 01.02.2024.
It is an annual tournament, the duration is from January until December.
Matchlength 9 points.
For each played match the players receive one point for winning and one point if PR-difference is 1 PR-point or higher. If the PR-difference is between 0 and 1 points, this formula will be used: 0,5+-(Pr-Differenz/2)
The tournament will be played in Round Robin Mode: Each participant plays against all other players.
In order to avoid too many matches to be played in the very last days of each month, as well as avoiding new round delays, all players have to get in touch with each other within the first 10 days of each month. If a player has contacted his opponent but there is no reply the next 10 days, the player who has contacted his opponent is going to get the win.
A tie-breaker is as followed: 1. Number of points 2. Average Performance Rating 3. Direct Match/es
The 3 top-ranked participants of the tournament are rewarded with individual certificates sent by email.
Single draw for all rounds together. 4-5 matches per month.
The English WBIF-Rules are apllied.
